From the Kaveri Delta
In the fertile heartlands along the River Kaveri and its branches, where sugarcane, herbs and spices have nourished generations, our grandfather Thenkondar began crafting a sugarcane spirit in the early decades of the twentieth century.
His craft came from the land itself, shaped by its river, its harvests and its ancient traditions.
Generations later, that spirit makes its own journey.
From the Kaveri Delta to the shores of Singapore, it follows a path inspired by the great maritime legacy of the Cholas, a civilisation whose influence travelled from Thanjavur across rivers and seas into Southeast Asia, carrying with it the flavours, craftsmanship and spirit of Tamilakam.
Rooted in the Kaveri, carried by the sea, and raised in Southeast Asia.
